City has a much higher center of gravity, its suspension is NOT like the Civic and is infact quite similar to that of a Corolla with the exception of a couple of things.
You should not attempt fast corners on that car, its really more of a 'get around' car rather than something which would handle fast and grip the road around the corner.
Incase you haven't noticed if you take the Civic faster and faster, it starts hugging the ground, on the other hand Corollas, Premios, Citys etc start to sway. Thats because of the suspension & camber settings of these cars, they are vastly different.
If you examine the camber angle of all these cars, they look like this:

The Civic, Accords suspension and camber settings provide for a better driving & handling experience.
Ofcourse to fascinated youngsters this doesn't mean you should negatively offset your camber on City or Corolla or Premio because that would probably ruin the suspension of the car as its not meant to handle that kind of a camber on the stock suspension.
