Bhai, just today I had a lengthy discussion with friends in office about this "love thing" .. a female colleague was there as well, so that made the discussion lovelier.
The conclusion of this discussion was exactly what John Gray has written in his book "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" ... men and women look similar, they are attracted for sometime because of some accident in nature, they can interbreed, but ... if you look closely, there is a feeling of rivalry as well. Both think, act and perceive things differently
Last year I attended a training. One of the training sessions was about stress management. There were two psychiatrists, one was a army brigadier and the other was a senior civilian psychiatrist. It was kind of open discussion, so very soon we all deviated from the topic. Out of 125 participants, about ten were females. The psychiatrists distributed a slip to each participant ... and ask them to write down about the most stressful thing in their lives. All men wrote "WIFE" and female participants wrote "HUSBAND". There was just one exception ... one of the female participants was unmarried, so she wrote something else.
According to the psychiatrists, the annual loss of love for a couple has been estimated at 30% annually. That means that after a little over 3 years, the love is gone.
LC ... InshaAllah, jaisay hi aaye gi, aap ki ride pakki
