hisince yesterday i hav seen dat my handbrake light doesnt go off even when handbrake in not applied...it went off after i drove the car for 5 mins on the road and it was ok den..but again when i started the car in the night i was again not going off and i again drove the car when it is still ON..can any1 tell wots the problem??car is alto vxr..

it's a factory installed problem (due to poor build quality and cheap materials used)
have your handbrake light switch cleaned and greased up as it is probably dry. worst case, have it replaced.
it was ok 2 days back but suddenly it has gone like dis..does sum water on the handbrake creates dis problem??..bcoz i think 2 days ago some water was spilled on the handbrake...
check brake oil level!

Can be a minor wiring problem, my civic's handbrake light blinks sometimes but not fussed as it's just minor wiring problem plus it's up forsale
Light remain ON when hand brake is released indicates two things1. Reduced level of break oil.2. Problem with hand brake wiring or switch (as Hanif Bhai explained).First one is a common and having 80% chances.
