as the fabrication work i can do myself all mounts brackets fittings i can do myself
any suggestions ?

brother i am from Sialkot as i am no Fabricator But you can search on OLX or can make Custom ONE

also when i clean the plugs put it back there after 5 min of running engine again do same thing not running properly it like jerking plugs are wet like they suck fuel or oil

You have to diagnose it step by step. Can be a bad sensor or wiring.

About which engine we are talking about?
You can go through the service manual and diagnose sensors accordingly.

Get the compression tested. Check PCV as well.
Also that seems to be rich mixture.

There can be mutiple problem.
Make a list of problems and sort them out accordingly.

i am Willing to Change Engine have Sourced One not Purchased yet
Engine Is Toyota's 4GR is good Enough to Swap in it ?
and i can do fit it in the car all mounts stuff but the thing is complete Wiring of that engine and Startup any person you can recommend to do that ?

Not a straight on swap.
Will require some serious work to do. De-immobilizing it is another hassle.

never Heard of that Thing De-immobilizing mean not wiring stuff like Jz or Uz

These engines usually came with Immobilizers.
You cannot start them without there oem key and immobilizer control unit.
There are people here that uses tools to take the oem map out, remove the immobilizer and upload it or upload a map with same calibration id.
