You will end up either completely broke with a car not complete or end up with a basket case - 150K for such a high restoration is very wishful thinking,
I did such a restoration in the mid 90s and it cost me Rs 150K at that time, today it would cost me at least Rs 300K easily, I did most mechanical work myself - rebuilt the front and rear suspension, replacement swannecks, new front subframe rubbers, new dampers, new door seals, replacement door cards, replacement front seats, rebuilt the entire wiring (had very minor problems), new radiator, new radiator fascia, new bumpers, new door impact strips, new genuine A/C compressor, condenser, evaporator, TX valve, drier etc. replacement genuine fenders, replacement genuine bonnet, replacement genuine sunroof, engine rebuild (complete by myself) - and another plethora of other small bits, painted with Honda Polar white of Standox brand painted on a bare shell - then the entire car reassembled. Car ran for ages after that and only had periodic maintenance including timing belt at 100K - I replaced it three times after that - the total mileage of that car was more than 400,000 kms when I left Pakistan.
It took me 4 months to piece the car back together - and I paid very little labor cost as most labor was myself. Still it cost me Rs 150,000/- at that time.
btw - the door rubbers for this car are quite expensive and because the door slams on three rubbers, one on the door itself, one on the roof line and one inside the roof line - they are specifically made of differing hardness - if you install custom rubbers make sure it does not hamper door action.
In original form you dont actually have to apply force to close the door, it literally will close itself if left with a very soft push from 6 inches away.
Make sure you have the original plastic coated springs - they are very expensive now - specially the rear ones as they are progressive rate springs. The front ones are extremely heavy duty and usually mechanics complain while working on them, the front dampers are very HD too as they are monotube and control the HD spring and heavy car.
