Okay so you'll need a lot of work in this Accord. It sure displays age and neglect.
When you replace those bumpers, please make sure you don't get the taiwan made one's, I made the mistake of getting those on my Accord and they were hideous. Try finding genuine Japanese one's if you can.
When replacing the lights, dont go for Depo or any other 3rd party lights, get genuine Stanley lights and make sure they're complete assemblies. Inspect the rear one's carefully as sometimes the one's stocked here don't align perfectly with the body.
Dont get a 'custom' interior job, you'll probably end up ruining it, since local workers hardly ever do a perfect job, your panels look in decent shape, just take them off and give them a nice cleaning with your own hands. If you really want to get some upholstery work done, keep it at a minimum. You're missing the 'pop up lock' on the rear right side door, im guessing there's a lot of small items like airconditioner vents etc that are broken or missing along with this, make a list of these parts and get them from our scrap yards if you can, dont go for any silly jugaar.
You can find that power window 'master switch' in shershah as well, I got one for my Accord after a lot of searching a couple years back.
Do NOT get custom made rubbers for any part of this car, that could turn out to be your worst nightmare, as Xulfiqar stated, the rubbers have very specific densities, using any custom one's will mess up the whole function. Try and source genuine rubbers, you can check scrap yards or else you can even import them off a donor car as these cars are scrapped in Japan, Europe and USA altogether as a whole.
One thing you need to know is that this car literally LIVES on it's rubber bushes, the whole suspension system survives on them, if one bush goes and is neglected, you're in for a lot of trouble. So keep a lookout for any worn bushes and the sort.
The problem you're facing with the stabilizer bar aka balance rod is probably due to the bushes and clamps, check their positioning and make sure they're installed correctly, did you use genuine replacements?
The wheels should not be hitting the fenders at any cost, the car has a very sturdy suspension setup. Get your bushings checked thoroughly. I'll search and send you the exact alignment figures for this car as well. You'll notice if you go to the alignment shop, the alignment wala will punch in your car as a 88 Civic or a 95 Civic and start doing his work while the cpu thinks your car is a civic and gives figures accordingly, thats a deadly move right there. Stop them right away if they do this.
If you want to get this 'showered', contact me before doing so. Also let me know before getting the sunroof rust sorted out, most workers will just weld a piece of a metal sheet and apply some body filler over it and paint it, which is a pathetic step.
