you should look for places that restore old MB interiors, they would be very pricey but would do the job perfectly. If you really want a really nice looking interior, locate some old genuine Recaros and have them reskinned. The dash can be either sprayed in vinyl or a skin spread over it. The shape of this Accord dash makes it nearly impossible to this on a budget unless you want to make a RICE car.
You can also look for genuine leather seats and door cards from a 2.0Si model of this car. They came in some very nice colours including the mushroom colour you want. The doors I bought had the leather cards but I sold them to recoup the cost.
