Assalaam U Alaikum Friends,

I have bought Khyber 1988 model total genuine with islamabad Registered No. IDC Series. there were some dents on almost whole body from outside.
I have decided to refresh its body with new paint and remove al the dents and spots.

Items I have changed :
1. Front Fenders Cost me @ 6400/-
2. Bonet Taiwan @ Rs 5600/-
3. Foot Boards @ 450/-
4. Wind Screen @ 3300/-
5. Alloy Rims @ 15000/-
6. Hankook tyres @ 18000/-
7. Front & Rear Bumper @ 3300/-
8. Side Mirrors @ 350/-

Interior Changes:
I want to do following items to be change or add:
1. Internal Door Handles
2. Lock and Door openers
3. Repair Speed o Meter as its lights are very dim
4. Floor Carpet
5. Seat Covers
6. Seat Belts etc.

Need Advice:
suggest me what should i do with the following items:
1. Want to repair Dashboard. where i can get it fixed and how much it will cost me
2. Speedo meter as it is showing over reading and has very dim display lights
3. want to add retractable side view mirrors. what will be the cost for Khayber.
4. Want to add Power windows kit. give me price idea if anyone has done it before.

Agar dash board ka pata laga tau do tell, cos mera b plan hai.
Why not go for a new speedometer? Mei soch raha hoon liana ya new swift ka lagwaoon, but abi itni research nai ki iss baray mei.

LED's laganay say itna farq nai parta, it's obviously better but can't compare to the speedometers of new cars. This is the meter of my khyber agar ghor say daikho tau you'll see k light uneven hai and believe mei yeh sirf pic mei itna acha lagg raha hai, asal mei itna fit nai lagta

The original illumination is pretty good in a khyber gauge cluster, it only uses 2 bulbs with green covers, make sure you dont use 5W bulbs or you will melt something in the gauges. The original are 3W. Paint the needles with reflective orange paint and it would look good again. Using another car's gauge cluster with super super bright LEDs look extremely cheap IMO.

Yeah that's why I prefer using another car's gauge in its stock form
