Can someone please post a link where all these Mercedes W-series are explained- I can't understand which model w211 etc. is:)

Bro search on wikipedia. You will know all.. The w123,w124, w210, 211,212 and even w115 all are e class
While
W116,126,140,220,221,222
All are s class

And
W201,202,203,204 all are C class..
Rest wikipedia all the way..

I used to own a W210 in green color one a while back seeing urs make me feel like buying one again!!

Mashallah clean ride bhai. I have driven a w211 but somehow the w210 seems more of a mercedes than the 211. I have been offered an exchange with a 2003 c200 elegance, but I refused.

On my way to lahore yesterday.. Amazing mileage at constant 120km/hr and on two occasions touched 200 km/hr.. 7.3l/100km

kiki ur is Mashallah immaculate seen it quite a few times its sounds not at all like most diesel mercs the engine isnt tht nosiy, and its has a good presence on the road.

W211 is a good car had tht a while back itsa real good one...W210 is much better car then the S-class for Pakistan as its not too big and feel alright!!

I think your car is not gaining operating temp. 40-50c is quite low

Allhamdulillah bhai i am pretty much satisfied with it, rest its a 12 years old car so needs care more often. And as for that e280 1999, there was one for sale in silver, I went to see that car but demand was high plus i just didn't like silver in this car. Otherwise super clean ride that was.

If I am not wrong, you are using aftermarket headlights with HIDs.

Any problem with traffic police? and whats the difference with stock headlamps if you had used the stock ones?

Bro yes they are aftermarket with HID's, but as the HID's are in the projectors so no issue as there is a proper cutoff line. Where as for the beam i am uding normal halogen so no issues..

It should vary between 80-100 celcius no matter what, could be a failing thermostat valve, check it
maintaining the engine's temp would also prevent long term damage and give you better economy and performance
