the car sits really low.. any lower than this the car wouldnt be driveable or road friendly.. notice the tires already sit inside the wheel arches.

if you notice in the pics from refurbishing processs the rear seats ahd a big stain on it .. which is gone now... they are like brand new

as i told before its a daily driven car for my father.. i live in london he lives in pakistan. . people can do whatever they like to their cars but for everyday driving it has enough power and punch over all the other cars on gt road.. V8 landcruiser couldnt get past me neck and neck forget other pakistani saloon cars. . ecomany and power this is ideal. mercedes never put turbo as stock on these engines if you install it it puts too much pressure on the internals and fucks it up. the engines were not made to be turbo charged if you get what i mean. my dad isnt going to race and to be honest roads and traffic in pak arnt quality to drive them to their potential. my wheels are nice only 20KG each rim. and they are light weight original ///AMG. not the taiwan rims that are sold in pak. i know in karachi there is autocross scene i have never been to karachi and dont plan to go. i am looing forward to do standard OEM upgrades or something similar. because MB produced all them things after alot of testing and research i never intend to retro fit a turbo which is not made for the car initial.. i wll put 245's standard width tyres wouldnt make much difference.. just ride will get a bit bumpier.. these are same as any other cars. the reason from them not to customise these cars is lack of parts. i source all mine from UK germany and usa.. and send them to pak.. thanks for your opinion though. cheers

i will have to disagree with on mercedes not being able to hold turbos. Almost every merc has a solid engine and can hold a turbo or supercharger if the job is done right. Its true if you want a normal 150 bhp car to go to over 500 bhp then you will have to change the internals a bit but thats is acceptable as many parts are available to mercedes tuners. At first i thought supercharging would be nice but the gains you see on a turbo installed on a merc is way different. Only a few mercs here (with the original engine) are turbo charged here in Pk and some even supercharged. But since this is your dad's car in a way then with all that power it wouldn't be suited; might as well get another merc and tune it to its potential. Overall props on doing such work.

if i plan to do something in future for horse power. i will put a C43 ///amg engine v8 and convert the entire car to c43 as factory spec. nothing will come close after that. i respect originality.

sounds good, you can find engines in uae or japan. Wouldn't be that expensive to bring it here.

I think White or Yellow London style number plate would look awesome.. Dubai plate is good if it's on metal.

its only 1.8 very small engine i dont want to put stress on it.. i have seen turbo projects etc.. i belong to jhelum its a small city.. you can hardly drive a car to its limit even with this small engine its economical and powerful enough at the same time.. i f i ever plan to race.. then i might think about it.. but V8 is on my cards and a merc engine not toyotas.. in future.. not now.. i love the car as it is just doing minor upgrades.. to performance and cosmetics... to make it drive smooth and look good .. its such a pleasure to drive it........ its unbelievably smooth..

any idea where i can get metal plates made in pak.. i have an idea to design my own plate.. dubai style but everything pakistani on it.. in urdu.. i think it will loook great but i want it on metal black and white no idea who makes it..

i dont get tired in this car. i am amazed with the comfort...... also automatic..... i am in love with this car. and fuel economy is unbelieveable and............................ and its all ******** that if u own mercs u need to sit at the mechanics all the time its all ********..

its a perfect everyday car to drive..

doesn't matter on the engine size brother. Remember a 1.8 can beat a V8 if its modded well. Take a look at our local skylines and supras here. A small 3 litre with so much boost and power cuz the owner had put alot of money under the hood. So dont let the 1.8 in ur merc turn u down. With the money and time anything can be done. But your agenda is to keep it at a minimal so you are doing a good job so far.
