If proton doesnt open showrooms in other cities such as Multan, Faisalabad, Sargodha andHyderabad then it wont be able to compete with kia and hyundai who have already established showrooms in other cities especially Kia. If they keep marketing the same way they are doing they might meet the same fate as isuzu dmax which is only seen in few numbers in Lahore in whole Punjab and no where else

Agreed I’m from Faisalabad and had to travel all the way to Lahore to see the car in person and it doesn’t make sense as Faisalabad is not that small of a city

Is CKD version will be exactly the same as CBU in terms of quality. The built quality is Excellent and the design is way better than sportage and Tucson (personal opinion) of the CBU Variant, but the booking is closed for FWD variant for CBUs.

Proton south dealer in Khi is friends n they told me, X50 is their next vehicle plan after proton saga. Also they mentioned that will be same price as Altis/civicX brand new. I hope it is true.

When the delivery of FWD CBUs will start and what will be the expected premium? Iam interested in x70 FWD, but seriously doubt AL Hajj capability and capacity to assemble the units like CBUs.

i think FWD premium X70 CBU model booking has been stopped, AWD executive x70 cbu model booking available. Delivery is in the end of January or Feb. All the parts for X70 CKD will be imported from Malaysia just like Sportage and Tuscon.
