Guys i had sold a car two years ago it was Lahore number registered on my name, still the new owner hasn’t transferred the car on his name. What should i do? I have no contact with the owner as i have lost his contact somewhere in my old mobile.

Yes, I got file, Transfer letter and the book back!
But still have not received the smart card!
I went to excise office, and they told me that when the card will be printed it will be sent to my home. I cant collect it from the office.

You can register a complaint against him, I guess. Visit excise office and ask the procedure.

When you register a complaint excise and police will look for the car under wanted cars list. Sarak pe phirte phirate kbi na kbi tou pakri hi jayegi naa. Phir usko naam krwani parray gi.

I have transferred my car 26th Feb and still waiting for the card. On the last call with excise they told me the card will be dispatched at my given addresses. Did you get the card yet?

Unfortunately, there is no way to track the card Status. However, you can call punjab excise help line for general inquiries.

I went to their office, and asked for my smart card of car which I have not received yet even after 7 months.
All they say is that I will get it via TCS at home address and All I can do is wait.
I even tried to lodge a complaint on Pakistan Citizen Portal, But its been 4 months so far, there is no progress.

AoA Everyone. I transferred my car back in January and never got the card, last Thursday i went to Excise office and they said that you will get the card within 4-5 days via TCS. Now the issue is my agent mistakenly wrote the my previous address which i left like 7 years ago, and now he’s saying “ TCS wala apko phly call karega deliver krny se phly” is he saying the truth. I just want to confirm k phly woh call karty hain ya nhi ?
