Paid in February for car transfer and still waiting for smart card they send old card n file last month via TCS with out smart card again they have no raw material for printing 🤣🤣🤣
Yes i am also waiting for card since March.
I am waiting on card since December 2019, it seems like information regarding 4-5 days is correct because I have gotten in touch with multiple agents and they said the same. They say cards were delayed in printing some issue with card printing machine.

September 19 waiting. Another question is does excise tcs number plates too or one has to collect from dealer?

Yes, I did get the documents via Tcs. But still have not received smart card. I will goto excise office on Monday again and ask them about the card.
Waiting since february '20
i also transferred my car through an agent. i have checked online as per punjab excise website that ownership has been changed on my name but still application status is “pending for inspection “ . now almost one week passed status not changed. can you tell me when status will change to “ Delivered” ?
so any one got there smart cards pending since 2019 sep , is it confirmed TCS sends them , how to check the status - some say the reg no of vehicle is the tracking no but i dont see any statys .
My September 2019 reg card was delivered in February march if i recall correctly, number plate still awaiting
I got my smart card delivered today was pending since December 2019.

I call at help line of Punjab excise regarding smart card. The concerned intimated me that there is total period for delivery of smart card is 6 to 7 weeks. He also informed me that previous cases are delayed and new cases are being processed in time

I had paid 1,500 rupees to my agent for this and he then got me my card so try to engage with some trusted agent and he may get you card sooner
