That screw type clamp works too - but this type is better, its threads do not cut into the rubber as the thread serrations are not through the metal.

Or use clic type clamps - they are a major PITA to remove or install if you dont have their specific tool - but they hold onto the pipe very strong.

Thanks for elaborating. Just one more query regarding power steering fluid. Can dexron 3/atf fluid be used for power steering in honda's ? I have seen Honda's power steering running perfectly fine on dexron 3 fluid. While many people say to only use honda genuine psf otherwise you will destroy your pump and rack.

So the million dollar question is..... Can dexron 3/atf be used as power steering fluid ? Or only honda psf should be used ? If it is the latter then what is the reason for that ?

No bro it wont. It is more sturdy than most of the clamps i,ve seen. It wont come off unless you dont tighten it properly.

There's no harm in trying. Do this and do what i told you. INSHALLAH the noise will go.

And for steering, first get the pipe clamps tightened. Dont go for seal change first.

The Honda PSF has a lot of additives in it to prevent foaming as its pump really beats it up like an egg, the older Hondas (80s) had gear type pumps which work with dexron ATF, the later ones (vane type) suffer as they foam up regular ATF oils.

Alot of people on various forums are against opening of this bolt because usually its very very difficult to open and secondly once opened it wont ever fit back properly and almost always starts leaking coolant..so its best to flush ur system like saadkhangul did or drain the radiator fill wid distilled water let the car idle for 15 mins till radiator fans comes on twice then shut it down and let to cool..and finally drain the radiator again and fill it up wid coolant

I think it wont leak if new washer is used according to the manual or silicone will also work. This is used just for the replacement of coolant. For proper flush as xulfiqar said, you need to remove the thermostat and then flush it with citric acid and then with water before pouring coolant.

Nope bro not yet..culdnt find time till now..I collected ac drip water last night though..the safest procedure I have in my mind is:
1. Remove old coolant from the radiator and reservoir
2. Fill up the radiator with distilled/ac drip water
3. Start the car and let it warm up till radiator fans come on twice( what this will do is it will open the thermostat and circulate the distilled water thru the block and into the radiator)
4.Drain the radiator again
5. Pour in caltex coolant and bleed the system off any air( VERY IMPORTANT) !
6. Top off any coolant thats needed

Indeed for proper flush ur procedure is best but I checked the condition of my radiator fluid and its not in a very bad condition so will just remove the old osaka coolant completely and poor in the caltex one..by the looks of the amount of rust accumulated in ur cars cooling system im preety sure the previous owner was running ur car only on tap water not even osaka coolant:-/ glad u changed it on time

Oh and btw im thinking of getting 3 bottles of coolant coz these 2 bottles will only make about 4 litres of coolant whereas the manual says it will need 5.5 litres. @saadkhangul wht do u suggest bro?

Bro believe me this effing osaka coolant is stubborn. They way you have stated, it will never leave the system. To fully exile it from the block it calls home, you need to stuff a water pipe in the block and let it flush out from either the lower radiator hose opening by removing thermostat or from the block drain bolt. Otherwise, you will need to do the procedure 7-8 times to get rid of it. You dont want to see your orange coolant turn green dont you ....
