Radiator fan daewoo racer

AOA ,respected members.
Kindly give your sincere opinion regarding my issue,
My car is daewoo racer SOHC,1996.
When I bought the car in march this year,its radiator fan was running directly,but there was no additional cutout installed for it,rather it was made direct using the relays and fuse which are present in the fuse box.

So after some time the fuse box and fuse got melted ,( picture attached).so I went to the laktrecian,since there is no one who know any thing about daewoo wiring.so he attached additional cutout and made it run directly with the battery.
The car has travelled almost 4000 km,and there has been no issue of wiring or heating up.the temp gauge sits on top of white area.and never cross it, no matter how much weather is hot and even with ac(btw condenser has additional fan.)
ISSUE is
Now winter has come and yesterday when I travelled even after 50 km . Mostly was highway,the gauge didn't even touch the begning of white area (meant running too cold).
Kindly suggest me what option do I have.
OR should keep running it as it is.
There is no electrician here who can correct the original system

Options I have
1.run it as it as.
2.place a thermostat valve,and let the fan be direct.
3.do this kind of hacking as mentioned in the pic,
By cutting radiator top hose and putting thermostat switch of cultus or mehran,and make its connection with the already directed fan.

Kindly check cars top hose.
Either some part is missing there in order to install thermostat,or it will easily install in here

first tell me about original fuse box. yes it looks burn but did you check the connections? are they ok?
you should sort out the original setup first, if it's not possible then got for aftermarket one.

Daewoo uses 2 relay system for high and low speed fan running........if u r based in Lahore....then u can go to Arif beside miani sb cemetery.......he will sort out .....but he is expensive... And regarding thermostat installation ur head shud be in good condition and install new gasket and thermostat..... leaving fan direct will destroy it's motor.....u can also install manual switch for fan....when car heat up....u turn on fan

and if you forget you will blow up the gasket , very bad option honestly.

That's drawback....but better than running an overcooled engine that too efi which runs madly rich when cold

Fuse box is original and each and every sensor is working,
These connections are ok.but one cannot fit any ,fuse there because of melting of the area.
Real problem is actually of the person who can resolve it here in chinniot where I live.
I have an excellent mechanic here who knows each and every mechanical bit of the car including knowledge of each and every sensor.
Even he says I cannot help you in this regard,according to him one should go rawalpindi and Islamabad for its electrical work.
By the grace of god I do not have any issue in car.
Only of the fan being direct.
Can I use it as it is?
What can go wrong.
As every one know that daewoo can break its camshaft,due to excessive heat.

no not rich. ecu will get in the closed loop.

I drive it on cng
.but there is no issue on petrol.
As efi automatic kit is there.

then it's good. only connections are damage from outside. open up the fuse box solder the wires and install a fuse outside the box.
you're engine will not perform the way it is made to be. combustion happening is not equal to the engine optimum requirement.
that's another thing, not related to the problem you have.

As I have mentioned in the first post.even in June July it never crosses top of white area,so according to my observation,cooling system of engine is excellent,original radiator,fan, genuine GM water pump,
As it is my first car and I bought out of a personal choice and I am confident of my purchase,but require guidance for long term maintainance of vehicle

As far as sensors are working.....car is in open loop......car gets in closed loop whenever it senses Infinite resistance in CTS or any sensor is not giving feedback.....CEL turns on and limp mode starts with fixed feedback values.....this is called closed loop
......when ur car is super duper cold actually the resistance of CTS is very high..which makes car rich for better cold start....u can check exhaust gas CO by connecting a variable resistor........as soon as u start increasing resistance.....ur mixture starts getting rich.....and in daewoo there is no feedback from oxygen sensor so .....it keeps it's prerequisite values and become madly rich......u drive 50 km with direct fan in daewoo..... silencer becomes black with soot in one trip

This solution will not work ,because someone directed the fan using the relays used in fuse box,that's why it melted in the first place,
I have directed it by using Additional cutout /relay in bonnet.
So soldering will not make it run automatically

Install thermostat ....it's not a big deal.....then ur wiring has to be thoroughly examined by some sensible electrician........and kindly Don't drill hole in it's radiator plastic tank

I drive it on cng,I know it will run madly on petrol.so what should I do????
One cannot trust roadside lektrician ,and those so called efi specialist only do roll as as from 2002 till now each and every bit is as it is.plus a cheap one would tell them a lot

On cng ur average will become good if u give cng kit hot water from coolant pipes for better carburetion of cng and if ur engine run on optimum temperature...it will run smooth
