Kindly tell me it's thermostat is different from other cars,
And also please tell it will be placed in the same place as it is mentioned in the picture,or some part is missing?

Right, No oxygen sensor. fuel trim pot. No flexibility.

he did it direct but, i'm sure he didn't removed the wiring. trace it out. there must a broken or a burned wire because of which he made it direct.

There is only one cng station in chinniot,and it is third class,
It does 120 km in 12 kg gas.
Average pressure gas,
But on motorway it can do 150 to 160
And in both conditons on heavy foot

@Hassan1991 Baha'i there are wires idling near the fan,
But the problem is of skilled electrician,
Quacks are every where ,that's why.
The hack which I mentioned will it work by using a genuine thermostat switch of cultus ,
As my mech is against thermostat but says fan should be direct,
This hack will work or not?

why you can't use it's original sensor? forget about factory wiring right know.

I had driven it almost 5000 km with direct fan full pedestal style. And alhamdoliilah never faced any any issue.bit guidance is required

It has it's own thermostat....and it installs in same place which u mentioned

@Hassan1991 Baha'i that is a cts,which send signal to ecu, it is already there,
The sensor of cultus or mehran are basically thermistor switch with single wire I suppose

My mech is against , says fan should be direct,as you better know cam breakage in case of heat up.
But it is a matter of winter inshallah I will go to pindi in march and will sort it

Bhai kindly tell about how to make use of 5 th gear as the car already has an f 16 5 speed gear box,mechanic tried to engage it by broken this plastic bit, but find it pretty difficult.
Do I have to change something to engage 5 th gear as it is normally not possible,
And I have put back that plastic bit,so that no issue arisesUploading...

coolant temperature sensor is in every efi. if you can tell me the ecu pinouts i can guide you for the custom wiring of auto fan. but it's difficult for you.
the other method is easy. fan will be auto. you need a fail save relay setup to work with the sensor. thermostat can be different as it's optimum working temperature can be different. otherwise it will take time to headup and then it will work fine.

Bhai non efi cultus , mehran thermostat switch,as they do not have an ecu

every car except the new ones with module or like your's has a fail save relay for auto fan. there a fan switch like you shown in the pic which is short until certain temperature and then it opens up fan start working. Same system in old EFI's and Carby.

First confirm ur car has 5 spd gearbox coz Daewoo in Pakistan had 4 forward gearbox

Daewoo has CTS which gives feedback to ECU which in turn operated by 2 relay system ...one for high and one for low and a slot for fuse which is located beside radiator....inserting fuse in it make fan direct and if there is failing cts then there is failsafe mechanism and fan becomes direct....that's the reason daewoo wiring is not a game of common Japanese mechanic but for a mechanic who worked on old GM cars it's a piece of cake

it's actually same as new cars which got module and 2 fans.
