The local ones launched by dewan had CVT in the 1.6 only, the 1.3 were simple auto. The JDM's being imported later then 2006 are mostly CVT, the stick has P R N D S etc instead of P R N D 3 2 1
Btw thanks to the availability and prices of complete front cuts, even converting a manual to auto and vice versa or from normal auto to CVT is no longer a problem. Lancer has so many option of engines and transmissions available that one can get any setup as per liking, if I get a change i'll try swapping in a 2 liter or above engine with the best tranny available for myself one day hopefully

For parts of mitsu and nissan the most reliable person in saddar is Imran autos, I visit him before going anywhere else for parts of all cars although he focuses on these two brands only
