Ok so let me clarify a bit. Mehmood just sends everyone to get their carbs disassembled by this guy (Javed and his team apparently). As rightly mentioned by @capsat earlier, these guys are simple roadside mechanics. I too experienced their work when one of his guys was fitting my carb after mehmood serviced it.
However, as one can not park or wait at Mehmood's shop, I sat outside Javed's small shop when he was servicing another carb and kept asking random questions. I somehow felt that unlike his workers, he himself was a relatively better guy atleast for the carb. So this time mehmood asked him to get the carb disassembled for cleaning it, he offered his own service for pkr1000, and I knew mehmood might charge me much more. So I agreed. And was surprised that he knew the headlight lamp idle up mechanism.
Regarding your query, No, I haven't connected all the vacuum pipes. That I'll do myself by researching on another pakwheels forum. I was short on time otherwise I would have discussed other pipes mechanism and connections too.
Yes he did service my carb properly. First with petrol and then with carb cleaner that I bought him.
And lastly, no I haven't installed a tachometer yet.
