no doubt, i actually find it more fun to drive than my surf now,... it's such a gokart!

next step is to sort out some wheel/tyre/suspension package which will allow me to sort out the camber issue i have on the front suspension.

 One thing.....why not get the rear stabilizer bar (Z bar) for the super?? It would improve handling tremendously.

these will be costing me approx 80 pounds each and are on my wish list from VW Heritage in the UK (amongst other things). but before that i will be swapping out ALL the rubber in the suspension for urethane and that alone will tighten things up ALOT in the case of my wobbly car. after the suspension rubbers i'll swap out the entire suspension for adjustable stuff and THEN i'll go for anti-rollbars for sure. once i've done the mechanical stuff, then i'll swap out the drums and then go for the 1776cc 125hp swap with all the upgrades which go along with it, but that is a long way off. for now it's all about making it a reliable and safe daily driver.

any tips you have on the super are always welcome.

still can't decide if i should go for fully adjustable coilovers etc or a new set of rims first,.... both are needed but funds are tight since i have started the 182 project as well...

Rims are cosmetic but the coilovers are not, I think you should go for coilovers first. Just my two cents

agreed but the actual reason i'm going for one or the other immediatly is because the current rims don't sit upright due to clearnace issues with the spring on the inside and therefore my camber is all wrong up front. changine either one for not will allow me to sort out the camber and drop it further down.
