British measurements are always different than japanese,russian do have their own thread pattern of bolts and head style and they do not match with english or japnese threads and respective tools to negotiate those.ustaad would have been impressed with your wast knowledge on the issue.

Pretty good going with minor details.

Fantastic.
I wish you had not gone into trouble with the PTCL internet. We would have seen some more pics and more detail I am sure. But the details is amazing.

On the internet thing. My experience with PTCL suggests that you need to close this connection and get a new line(number) and get a new connection.
The PTCL is by far the best internet conection in Pakistan till the time it runs smooth. Ones it starts misbehaving you need to do what I have mentioned above.

Keep the pics rolling sir. Kindly let me know where is the workshop of this ustad Zahid as I also own a rust bucket that I will like to bring back to original glory.

Thank you so much dear for appreciation.....Now internet is a little better .Actually due to rains ,moisture level is quite high and these telephone wires go "EARTH" very quickly if insulation is weak from some place .....or underground wiring ......A joint in my line is renewed resulting in better performance of internet.....lets hope it stays so....
Your "RUST BUCKET" seems to be interesting.....:)....Ustaad Zahid is near Pepsi cola factory Gulberg ....When ever you want to go there ,we can coordinate ....My pleasure...

how come you are using inch size sockets?? this car should be having whitworth sizes.. which themselves are inch size but go by the width of the shank not the hex.

Thank you so much dear for posting this sketch here......You chose the correct model....different parts are joined together exactly like this ......We are making and replacing all floor pans except boot floor which I think is fine.....
We will be making all floor pans on exact Patterns shown in the above sketch INSHALLAH...will share as much pics as I can showing details of making each and every part....

You are absolutely correct Amir Bhai .......Thread pattern on these cars are entirely different from Japanese......Very fine threads on bolts ,tolerating a specific torque......You go a little more ,and threads are gone.....And we cant find these bolts here......once I tried "Brandreth road " The biggest market of tools and these kind of stuff after losing axle bolts of Blue spitfire.....But could not find .....ultimately ordered from UK and then got the axles fitted...as they were Axle nuts/bolts ....so no compromise....

Lolzzzz....Actually No other options....:)...My son likes this car so much....and I think,this is the only example existing ....So We have to Make it....And go through all this "rust game"...:D...
This is all a matter of interest.....For a "NORMAL" motorist....what ever we are doing is something....say...waste of time and waste of money and efforts.....But for enthusiasts...it means a lot....These old cars are addiction....once you are into this rusty stuff....very difficult to get out of it.....

5 or 6 sizes of bolts/nuts are used on these cars all over and Inch size sockets fit quite nicely......something like 5/8,11/16 etc....Some MM sizes also fit ....but loosely...And if tried hard...head of the bolt is ruined...

No success......something was sticking underneath....

It was a bolt joining body to chassis At right side which was not removed....due to rust ...all the threads were eaten away and it was just turning and turning without coming out....So cutting bolt head was the only option......
Ustaad Zahid is cutting bolt head under the car...

Thanks dear....Actually these memories never leave us ......And our past feels more beautiful than present.....I did not see that episode of Top gear .....But the "Amphicar " (one in Karachi as well) also uses the same engine.....Interesting thing...google it....Actually these engine have good torque at low rpm...very simple and quite strong...
