I know dear that you are accompanying ......Thank you so much .....Let me try to solve the confusion you have in mind.....Yes all triumph cars are made and designed by British leyland .....an exception is triumph spitfire which was designed by an Italian named " Giovanni Michelotti" which was hired by British leyland.......So if you see triumph spitfire,you will feel that its entirely different from other triumphs having an Italian touch in the design ...like Alfa romeo spider ....
Now we come to the LHD issue....A very big amount of these triumph cars were exported to USA.....In fact ,they were always targeting USA automobile market for their cars......meeting their specs....like emission control systems,LHD,modified bumpers and some other modification for the cars made for USA market.....In those times .... a lot of cars were imported from USA to Pakistan including these British cars.....So Like this .....This particular triumph herald was imported in pakistan from USA ...that is why it is LHD....But Don't worry ....:)...as it is our donor car ......but our original car is a RHD ....So eventually it will be a RHD Car ....
wolseleys were very famous cars of that era .....Yes I agree that there were flaws in engineering and designs of these cars and they had there limitations .....heating issue may be one of them .....but these cars are great....I am really happy to know that you have a wolseley and I strongly feel that it should be restored to its former glory....a great piece of history...
