A closer look of the Body to chassis clamp...as you can see that it is intact and strong ...and at its original location...all the old and rusty metal over it is removed...

OK Now....lets fit new panel here....
But wait....we'll take care of these rusty inner wheel arches first....
Hassan Inspecting the newly made panel ....which will be replaced soon...this panel fits vertically and joins the rear floors with the panel we are working on....

It was decided to cut and replace the rusted part of inner wheel arch ,which was about 4/5 inches ....
To inspect and make sure that how much is the rusted part and from where healthy metal starts...burning the paint / putty away....
Removing the burnt paint....
Paint removed revealing the exact situation ..... metal is quite healthy above rusted part...
other side....chiseling some old metal....
cutting some old metal with welding torch....
Same procedure of burning paint on the other side .....
After removing paint ...found healthy metal above...
First of all...making pattern / template of the piece to be replaced...
straightening some rusty metal which was preventing the chat paper to sit properly...

Now its ok ..chart paper is sitting properly...."FARMA" making in process...
I think ...this much piece would be enough for replacing rusted metal...
