Actually new panel was so precisely made that a small irregularity wont allow it to sit in place....so some more cutting..

This is something interesting....
as you can see in the previous pics..we left body to chassis mounting brackets at their place ...because disturbing them mean .....NO FITTING afterwards ....
now removing only top piece of metal which was part of the previous panel already removed....
so that our new panel sits on this clamp nicely and welded together...

Pulling with pliers.....(DESI MADE)....but multipurpose....

Ultimately got rid of this old piece of metal....Now you can see BODY TO CHASSIS mounting clamp....made from 14 gauge steel ...still very strong....so we will be using it again....placing is also not disturbed...

another clear view of this clamp....The hole you see in it is used to bolt body with chassis having an insulation Material in between....exactlt like SU s have....
If we disturb its placing ..then we won't be able to mount body on the chassis again...
