I got multimedia and cruise control installed 3 years ago in my reborn. A guy in faisalabad with fb page autotech offered full package in 18k. I visited him very humble person infact.
He installed the buttons and the required wires. The instrument cluster needed to be changed as the cluster in pkdm reborn doesn't support cruise control. The cluster he had was the one which comes in hard top version. Anyway after few hours of hard work and multiple road tries the cruise control didnt work due to a wire wrongly attached wire to the ECM by mistake (which i figured out later).
It was getting late so I told him to remove the cluster and keep the buttons and wiring attached. I paid him 7k for the stuff and left with an intention that I would look for an oriel model cruise enabled cluster from bilal ganj. I was lucky to find one from an australian version car's nose cut in 5k.
With the help of the guy over the phone I rechecked all the wiring and found the wrongly attached wire. Fixed it and the cruise began working as a charm.
Please note that it is a technical job. Yes it is grip to grip but you have to procure grips with required wires and replace/re-pin them, add some wires from clockspring grip to the instrument cluster grip, a relay has to be attached with the brake pedal swtich, a wire runs from the relay to the ECM. If you intend to add only multimedia controls then it is relatively less hectic.
