Hey! I'm sorry I'd become really busy after that and forgot to post back on here. First of all Eid Mubarak to you and everyone else on this thread!
Secondly, I did everything as I said I would, replaced the oil with 5w30 even though literally everyone I tried to buy it from told me not to for some reason. Nhn sir twaddi mileage boht high ne. 10w30 he paao is ich 
However the issue of the sound was diagnosed as something internal in the transmission finally and he stated it would cost me the transmission oil replacement charges and all so it's better to bear the sound for a while before I get it checked. I asked two other mechanics reffered by the same person after that who stated it's not something worth worrying about and I should definitely let the current oil run a few kilometers before I go for the replacement and checks.
Wasn't able to find the transmission shield however but the car really has been at rest for the most part since as I've switched jobs and I'm using their offered transport of service. However I took it out to drive today and the rpm at idle was really low (400/500 range) and when I turned it off at the masjid it didn't want to start back up on the way back without me pressing the accelerator and then once it did it kept shivering and shaking? And the check engine light came on. Brought it right home after that gonna be bound home for a while r.n cause Eid again but we'll see after that what this is about I guess. @ahmed_11
