@Mun33b I think that's the "Shield" my old mechanic was referring to when he said that it's missing. Can it be bought? As this mechanic who fixed it said that it was already missing as well. I don't want to take any risks with it cause that's the first thing I noticed as well, soon as I went under the car to inspect it, I could see the cover missing. As for the rest I shall check that and get back to you with the update after the test. The only problem I'm facing is that it's really hard to recreate the sound at workshops and jacks as it never produces it unless its tilted towards the left and on its wheels (didn't create the sound on two jacks by tilting it the same way) and whilst driving and turning.

Also are there any other covers that I should assure are placed back properly? As the old mechanic said that the transmission as well as the engine "shield" as he referred to, was missing.

Yes you can find that from junk yards, open it from a used tranmission and take its bolts aswell (show them the screenshot). Have you tried to drive one tyre on a slope or few rocks to recreate the tilt?
Engine shield is present on your car in the shared video.

@Mun33b Perfect! I'll look around for it then. And I actually have, the sound isn't recreated until both the tires are on the slope. And on rocks and rough roads it makes the sound with the jump like one or twice and then the sound disappears. It doesn't start permanently until the car is completely tilted or turning.

@Mun33b could you please verify it you're able to tell that it's missing here we well? The slot is for the bolt right?

Didnt get it. Did you attach any picture? There are bolt holes near the inspection cover (2 or 3).

Yes it seems inplace there in 2nd pic, held by 3 bolts.

If thats your cars older pic, visit that mechanic and ask for it. They have this tendency to steal parts/not install them considering as useless in their brains.

@Mun33b Ironically khudi keh k phans gaey hain, he told me that ye dekhain aap ka ye cover missing hai Yaha se apky koi cheez Chali gaee hogi woh awaaz kar rahi (which I doubt could happen as there's barely any space there for something to be able to get behind the spinning gear?) But added with that I just sent him the pics stating that it was installed before and that he should look for it cause it will be there at his shop. Only for him to stop responding entirely.

I'll visit him tomorrow. So far I've had no luck finding it elsewise. I can tell this would be a hard item to find?

Well he got caught in the act. Its common for these mechanics to put blame on something entirely irrelevant to save themselves from the consequences of pathetic workmanship. In your case, he tried to put it on the shield which ironically bit himself back. LOL. Now starts the drama of u turn, jee k is shield say aisa nahi hota, ye aap nay kahin aur say khulwaya hoga, main nay tou pehlay bataya tha, khud gir gaya hoga etc etc. I dont think visiting him would be of much use too, but you can atleast pressure him to source it for you.
Have you visited junk yards in your area? this shouldnt be that hard to find (You may need to convince the shopkeeper as they are usually not much interested in selling small misc stuff like this)

Nhn wese na bhi lagi ho toh koi itna barra issue nahin hai likin baharall mai dhund k rkh lu ga agar mil gaee, ye toh aesi cheez hai k kahin se milay gee bhi nhn, bas lagi hui aati hai wese koi sell nhn karta and junk yard se bhi kon khawari katay itni mamooli si cheez k peechay.

His exact words ^ lol and meanwhile i checked for the sound it seems to be coming from where the cover is missing from (behind it) was really hard to reproduce it on jacks but I was able to do it. Its like there's a plate that's dangling and rubbing behind the spinning gear? If that makes sense.

As for the missing plate I visited Chah Sultan (a place for spare parts and car scrap parts here in Rawalpindi) but most of them seemed to not know of the plate and most as you stated were not much interested in even paying attention to it. I was told of a common name for it in local words like chimtay ki plate or something? Which the mechanic stated they would recognize easier than transmission cover or anything like that lol. I forgot what exactly he called it however.

Well typical roadside mechanics and their ways. Get the car on service station ramps and inspect the crevice where shield is supposed to be. Try to spot any loose stuff.
One way I use to get such stuff is to get it along another part. Make the shopkeeper find this part so you can buy other stuff from him. Money makes them move faster.

I was thinking of doing the same thing, interest them in buying another thing and then buy this part along with it. I shall try to do that, shall take a friend with me who needs to buy a few things for his own car as well, that might definitely get them worked up.

Also, I shall try it on a ramp! And report back once I've checked it, I indeed need a service today anyway as the car had been collecting dust for a week now.

@Mun33b so I tried to check the car on ramps at the service station yesterday and nothing seems to be apparent from the outer side of the transmission.

@Mun33b at first he said its not worth opening the transmission for as it sounds like something minor lol and then he stated "koi pathar agaya hoga woh kharrak raha, ho sakta hai khudi grind ho k andar khatam hojaey, warna ramzan k baad le aayay ga kardain gy apko jo paisay diyay thy unn mai he theek"

@Mun33b Alhamdulillah the car is running lovely now apart from the sound which I have parked it cause of and shall take it to the mechanic whom someone guided me to above with the Reference of Raja Ahmed Mujtaba from youtube who had his car fixed from as well (Engine replacement) the guy was humble enough to guide me that he would seek out the parts (if needed) with me himself. As for the rest the car feels really responsive, a few more changes that I did were replacing the air filter with the oem oiled air filter, the oem oil filter and an oil change, throttle body cleaning, fuel pump service and now all it takes is a slight touch upon the pedal for the car to instantly thrust onward.

Out of curiosity, the care person where I had the oil change from suggested shifting to the original company specified 5w30 Oil for it instead of the 10w30? For a lighter and slightly quieter feeling engine, I asked him to pour in the 10w30 i've been using but thought I'd ask for your advice cause I didn't think it would be wise to do so. Apart from that there were also recommendation to get Mobil1 for it or LiquiMoly lol everywhere, everyone seems to have an opinion but I know better now thanks to you not to trust these local workshop workers.

Is it advisable to use the 5w30 Oil with 130k Kms on the odometer?
Also the oil from Mobil1 and LiquiMoly? Does it make it so that the car requires oil changes at a later interval in exchange of the price? And is it worth it?

Thats good progress. Please make sure to have the diagnostics sorted first before dismantling anything.
5w30 oil is the one you should pour in and not 10w30, it provides better lubrication on cold start. Mileage doesnt matter, engine oil stays the same as specified throughout the lifecycle of engine.
LiquiMoly, Mobil1 etc are compartively much expensive, their longer change interval requires oil filter that can support it, which i dont think are available here. Personally not a fan of longer drain intervals as oil is doing real heavylifiting in protecting, lubricating and cooling engine.
Best option is to use either honda genuine 5w30 oil, Shell or Caltex 5w30 and change them at 3k km intervals.
A general rule is that shorter oil change interval is better than the longer. As old oil gets used up, its detergents start to wear out and chances of sludge formation increase. Make sure to get original oil from any of the locally situated companies, as there are many fakes available.
