F I N A L S T A G E S

at LAST i am getting my project done in this week hopefully within two days inshallah.

the progress for car re denting/painting is as follows.

first coat is applied here.

Patene work is done to make the surface plain.

Inner sides of doors were also done with paint job.

Today 6/11/2006

imported thinner with original 2k white color for suzuki,
lakker, raigmaal and two ICI paint were used.

I feel i got original 2k paint for it.

Unfortunately i was not able to get the view with good sunlight and shading, focusing of camera, dats why the real shine in color is not visible, but if u see carefully u can see the shade of tree on bonnet.

Final coat has been done, car is left for drying. After that tomorow fitting work will be started. all head lights, bumpers etc will be fixed.
then one more day is required for final polish. then it will shine like new penny, though it was today even, but he said it will look more beautiful after polish. On that day there is a party at workshop anybody wish to join us there is most welcome.

mashallah the car is looking really awesome. the shine is too good. atlast your efforts and money is coming out in the form of good results. will look more cool after polish and total fittings.
this project of yours has encouraged me to do the same on my old mehran lying like junk in my home.

yes brother, start ur project, i have mentioned the prices of parts and labor rates, hope ur mehru will be somewhere around this condition.
a tip which i didnt follow. before taking it to denter, get ur car a proper wash from car wash, specially from under the floors. so that all cracks, rusted places visible.

nice to see u man after many dayz i visited many tymz this topic but i didnt see any updates its good to see u finally made it and really gadi tuadi i m happy in free:d and u asked for party thr at workshop unfortunately me from isb nwayz tell me r u cumming to isb for PW get to gather on ur mehru ? and tell me if u r comming i m consious abt ur mehru coz i have done the same like u did and now my mehru is getting old u have new bride:D nwayz insALLAH ur car ll fully fit in few dayz and do hang an aitul kursi with inside miror

as far mehru the bride, she is getting ready for final make over and will be handed over to me on hopefully tomorrow. i am not sure i will be coming on mehru or with ahsan on his quantum, but u r always welcome, whenever u come to lahore let me know. i will post the good picture by tomorrow inshallah.
