Some more drilling in the angle iron...

Making holes in the "samlpe" glove box...

Jigsaw Puzzle...
All the pieces of passenger side glove box.....later we added another piece to it and that was the roof...a little modification.

Dismantled the "sample" box...
I mean that the pieces we joined together using masking tape were separated.....

And starting joining them with the help of angle iron pieces and nuts/bolts (flat head bolts)...exactly like the original design....

We are almost there....
Now you can see the benefit of flat head screws...
Flushed with the surface...neat and clean look.they fitted perfectly on the hard board....you could not see or feel them from inside the box which has to be covered with leather/leatherite after wards...

Some checking to be sure that it fits well in place....

After ensuring that it fits well.....
front padded lip also fitted in place as well as another small panel which you can notice on the left side........

Nuts and bolts being fitted temporarily...

Now adding roof to it....some modification..not needed.

Notice that it has hided all the wires well...
