Trying hard to complete this car during the holy month of Ramzan...My Mechanic Raees is coming daily and working 2/3 hours on the car..interior work going on...
And I am trying to play with electric wiring :)...

Salamz brothers....
Now making final glove box out of special water proof hard board...
procedure was straight forward...Basically we had to replace all the pieces of it made from Gatta with hard board...
so started...

Some cutting with new wooden saw....

Raees was a bit reluctant first .....like he was not confident enough to use wooden saw and cut straight but after a little demonstration by me:$.....he was fine with it...
Oh...old school days....there were three workshops...metal,wood and electric...one compulsory...and I took wood.So can still play a little with woods..

A tip for Raees to cut straight..,,,right on line with the support of another piece at one side....

Thanks dear...Actually it has taken a lot more time then expected...Now after throwing so much efforts into this project,I also want to enjoy it specially in the coming months of winter...so trying hard to finish it before Eid...lets see...

After cutting all the pieces...Rubbed their edges on sand paper to achieve a nice and smooth finish...

A few more pieces of angle iron were required because broken some while trying to achieve the desired angle by hammering...

Ok....here we are...
All the pieces of this "JIGSAW PUZZLE" are finely cut out of hard board...edges rubbed on sand paper and now ready to be assembled.....
One thing I mention here that all these pieces are not for one but two passenger side glove boxes....one for blue and other for red spit.....
