Brother also consider on changing it headlights or cleaning them.they are looking dull.after the completiom of paint job these dull lights wolud affect the apperance of car.

Yes definitely once the entire front is aligned then i will take off the lights, Probably when its ready for paint.. The headlights are original stanley i am taking a chance polishing them (not open clean). Even the rear lights would be polished. Will then decide if i need new ones or they are good enough.

The car is almost ready for policate primer finishing and paint.

Today i took the mechanic with me to check if the radiator fitted and the chassis alignment is perfect or not. Well the radiator wasnt in centre. Will go again in the evening. Lets see

I purchased this bonnet rod from the scrap aswell. Over there I matched it with a nose cut it was okay. But it wouldn't fit. Maybe not aligned properly. Can some one share a picture of their city.

I tried in steermatec and city fan clubs. But no avail.

Updates for today. The radiator and condenser were alinged, denting job is almost done. The painter has starter filling her up.

Got a little late back from office. Will get the lights tomorrow for cleaning/polishing.

Yes everything Is grip to grip fit. The egr in honda engines is removable. Since the original engine didnt had it. We removed and closed the EGR from this one too. You can cover it with a blank cover.

All body parts purchased brand new from plaza, A friend who has a spare parts shop he has been very help full in finding all parts. Other tiny parts i had to roam around find stuff.

Still looking for a manual gear knob, people have quoted 2700-3000 maybe il clean and respray the one i have already.

Some parts were purchased from Bilal Gunj and for some i had to visit SheirShah aswell.

Gave all lights for polishing/Buffing today. The guy claimed that the headlights had been opened previously aswell. So if needed he might open them again.

More policade today, rear right fender, boot, right foot board will start with grinding, finishing, primer from tomorrow hopefully.

Mean while I got the lights buffed/polished. PS : Didnt Open the headlights, Only Cutting/Scrapping and buffing.
