RPM Fluctuate Honda city 1.5 2007 Steermatic

Hi Guys, i Did tuning of my car before tht it was fine but after that tuning, i am getting RPM Fluctating issue on AC.

When its on AC its fine but When AC is on and i put to D or R Mode the Car Stalls and RPM drops to 500 or 550 from 800 . please See the Video Below and suggest the Solution.

1- I did Tappet Adjustment Pickup is Fine.
2- Did Thoratel Cleaning and its Service
3- Adjusted the TPS sensor Already
4- No codes
5- AC cooling is Perfect and this issue was not there before the Recent Tuning.
6- All pipes are intact properly.

@Xulfiqar can you help from below Video. it Only happens when AC is on and Put it in D or R.
Coolant Temp was 90 Degree Cent
is it IAC issue or TPS issue ?

you can try by removing ECTS fuse, then disconnecting battery for 5 --10 minutes. reverse the process and start engine click AC and leave to idle for 5 -- 10 minutes it may result in problem resolved. You can also check idle relearn from you tube.

Get it tuned properly. Throttle gap, idle, engine timing fixed.

This could be a bad throttle butterfly.

The tan tan sound you are referring too, sounds similar to a cooked up CVT transmission which this model City is famous for.

update yesterday when I cleaned the IAT sensor situated on air filter box so after cleaning it and plugging it back the issue was resolved. but i will check it again today. i guess the sensor was not working fine

that tan tan sound comes when car rpm is too low means whole car vibrates at 400 rpm

update: i checked in morning the issue was there

on cold when ac turned on the rpm drop in d mode
but issue resolved it self after 2 km drive.

what could be the reason?

Recalibrate the starting clutch.

yes obd scanner 2 . i tried the manaul way you suggested in one post to drive till 60 km and then dont break for 5 seconds. i will check tomorrow morning because this thing happened only when we start car in morning and rest of the day it works fine.

there is a difference between an obd2 reader and a two way scanner, The reader cannot issue commands to write to the car.

i agree. can anyone suggest who have 2 way scanner shop in. Karachi so i can callibrate accurately. further i will never take out its battery terminals

call up Naeem 0300 224 2025 ask him if he has scanner which can handle local Honda City 2007 he is also near society office Kashmir road.

i am also Facing Low milage issue now,

Tuning was done this week Tappet Setting Done again, But that guy open the Thoratel body and Removed the TPS Sensor too from its orirngal setting and installed it back and did the Adjustment.

Can it effect the Fuel Milage ? because i heard ek bar TPS sensor ki Setting Chir jae to Avg kharab hojata hai ?

Further I shoud wait more and full the tank Again to see the Avg ? till now its done 220KM , i poured 29 liters and still its near to Reseve, the Light Didnt Showed up yet
