My own car with spaceship mileage has never needed a throttle cleaning.

right now i am sitting in my car testing it on cold but i guess the manaul calibration is done it didn't do that problem on cold now. just worried about the milage issue

FYI

the throttle position sensor has carbon tracks in it. Petrol or kerosene cleaning will dissolve that. Furthermore the “axle” of the throttle blade is on teflon bushings with Orings. Petrol will dry it out.

You need to adjust TPS to 0% at idle. Means at idle feedback voltages should be close to 0.45v . And at wide open throttle 4.5v .

Its never set to 0 at idle otherwise it will throw a tps code, it needs to be at 10% or so to set the base idle.

Because i also have civic 2003 EXI manual and want the obd scanner tool which can read the sensors readings of honda civic. Please help me with picture of obd scanner you are using

@Xulfiqar, After everything i have observed that my car is Drinking more fuel now.

I Mean All the issues resolved now but car is Drinking more fuel After tuneup. what could be the reason?

1- Thoartel Cleaning was done
2- Injectors were Cleaned by Machine
3- tappet were Adjusted
4- O2 Sensor was Cleaned ( reading keep Fluctuating alot at Idle or running )
5- Cat Cleaned
6- Installed Recommend Iridium Spark Plugs too

but i am observing that Car Fuel needle is going Down more early as compared to before.

Any suggestions please.

the O2 Sensor Reading was Showing 0.75 0.55 0.9 0.85 Readings and i heard it should not be more than 0.45 and if it is then its using RICH fuel in the Combustion. I guess something Wrong with O2 Sensor or Since Engine is changed and there is no EGR Sensor in this PKDM Version and Assembly is of Another Country.

how did you cleaned the o2 sensor? there's nothing like cleaning o2.
ECU is pulling fuel out from the mixture. But that's on idle with 57C intake air temperature.
Map readings seems to be high at idle. Should be between 20-34kpa although depends upon barometric pressure.

Removed it and then clean it with Some Spray and Buff it and then put it back

I have Checked the Volts of o2 Sensor while driving so that was above 0.45 reading All the time.

o2 sensor reading fluctuates very rapidly. should stay in 0.1-0.9v range.
it is showing rich mixture sign.
