Yes, Any idea how to Resolve it ? is it O2 Sensor issue ?

Note there are 2 Sensors in Car
Once its at Engine Side back Side and 2nd is in the Middle after the Catalic Convertor

You need a decent scanner to plot the o2 sensor graph to identify if the sensor is biased or dying or dead. In workshop we use some propane gas to check it.

And you never ever clean it with anything and specially never buff it clean.

If its bad do not buy a scrap sensor, buy a brand new genuine Honda item or atleast NTK item, do not buy a cheap unbranded one from aliexpress.

The sensor behind the converter is to measure the converter performance. The one after manifold is to regulate fuel

Start is in -16 mixture is rich after cleaning injectors

I also have a doubt on injectors but he said they were cleaned by machine.

Cleaning injectors on the ultrasonic machine can cause them to flow more than their original spec. This is why its prohibited.

And if the cleaning has been done, the ecu will reflect it as rich mixture (which shows up as negative fuel trim as we see here)

Test the o2 sensor And plot its graph for performance. Then test the engine for oil blow and also test the fuel injectors for proper flow volume.

Replace bad parts as required.

If engine has severe blowby issues. It will show up as rich mixture on the o2 sensor.

I will surely try to do it,

today i cleaned the MAF sensor too.

Right now i am getting approx 7.5 Milage which is worst , before tuning i was getting 9 Km per liter, I feel like idleing on AC consume more fuel which Corolla 2nzfe never did that much.

Any suggestion how to Improve the milage. or Simply i can change the O2 Sensor ?

Note there is no blowby in the Engine, i checked opening the Oil Engine Cap and dont find any Blowby there .

Does it have PCV valve? any idea kaha pe hota hai wo?

there is a guy in Lahore, he is having same issue, he said he will try to install EGR in coming week and if the test Succeed we can get 14 KM Pr liter then.

Egr doesn't increases that much mileage. And he need to change ecu as well.
Don't clean sensors that will do more bad then good.
Between what is the reading of map after cleaning?

I didnt see the reading,

i got 8.25 Km per liter , Car was Driven 165 KM on 20 liters of Fuel with AC in Karachi. including long ildeing on AC and in traffic.

Today i poured 25 liter of HiOctane To see how much it can go, and today again i calibrated the Car on Highway, took it 60 KM and leave white its Driving on own till 20KM speed

Any idea where i can get the new Sensors for this Honda Engine, i am planning to buy new o2 Sensor,

Further more pleAse suggest , Shall i cahnge the Fuel Filter or Fuel Pump ?

I will not recommend high octane.
There's a page on facebook as "parts central" you can get new from them or you can buy it directly from any official parts dealership.
No need to change the fuel pump.
You can change the filter if you want but you are not having problem due to them.

I just poured is today for 1st time to check if it works better in pickup or anything in performance. Before that i was using normal petrol .

it cost me 127 Rs per liter
Total 25 liters

Will see the effect, will use normal from next fillup. if it gives same 8 to 9 , its fine for me

My previous 2nzfe corolla use to give me total 10 KM per liter . i was hoping for same results

Its a slower burning fuel. Its required by higher compression and hotter running engines, You have a cheap n cheerful econobox car which requires cheapo fuel.

A guy using Steermatic having same car, He Suggested me to pour some hioctane , he said after using hioctaine uska Avg acha hogya lol. After CVT Calibration it takes 1 to 2 tank to get things normal.

Alright, let me burn this Whole Octane and then will pour normal one :d

I have purchased it now but the app i am using is the torque pro which is not giving such information like tp sensor voltage or fuel status.
