I made this post prior to contacting them and asking for a replacement/refund.
The company agreed for a replacement, today they dispatched a new unit after seeing the slip of my return shipment.
I considered this a scam because I didn't get as it was advertised. It would have been forgiven if they hadn't sent me a damaged unit with plastic pieces laying everywhere on top. They blamed on the delivery service, I said okay.
Yes, I may not be perfect, but when it comes to business, I wouldn't ship a totally different unit to my customer’s address, with no warranty info, no user’s manual, broken gauge and broken plastic pieces.
Would you in your sane mind send a substandard product to your customer and call it a ”mistake?” I'd call it intentional scam.
Had their service been good, I would continue to purchase from them.
