SehgalMotors.pk Scam-Broken Double Air Compressor

My mistake. I was in a rush and I had to get one, stores like Autohub didn't even cross my mind.

I was like, ”What could go wrong?”

They're replacing the unit and accepting their mistake. That is NOT A scam.

Anyway, I hope you get the correct product. I bought a compressor with double cylinder or motor, not sure what they call it from Daraz and it's great. It had a lot of reviews there so always be smart and buy after reading reviews.

I ended up paying Rs. 810 for the return shipment. This priced up the product even further. The air compressor was initially priced at 4k now it's 4,810.

I ended up spending more. Whatever is your conclusion or your definition of a scam, I don't agree with it. They wasted my time and money. And I have the right to speak about it.

I never buy anything online that is priced more than a 1000 rupees no matter how much I want it. Online items here are expensive from market so theres no point anyway.

Pakistanis dont deserve online sale/purchase because it requires an altogether different level of Moralilty and Ethics which hasnt crossed this nation yet.

it was a scam on first sight as he is saying , the product he got and what was advertised was completely different making it a scam and on top of it sehgal motors also lie to their customers and portray “maximus “ as some next level international brand which it isn’t , isn’t that a scam ? i’ve ordered from sehgal a few times and the quality is very poor .

When ever i ordered anything from them , i always got something else . it was a lesson learnt . When i digged deep i came to know that they are big time liars . Just a small example , you would get the same top cover from the shops beside at almost 20-25% less price . Its just those shop keepers dont do such mega Marketing like them . So avoid SehgalMotors.Pk

I've been selling on Amazon for over a decade now. I can tell you without any doubt that Seller has to either pay for shipping or provide a paid return label when items are defective on arrival.
The only reason a buyer pays for return shipping is when they have had a change of heart. In this case return shipping charged should have been borne by the seller.
Additionally thank you to the OP for saving my money. I was about to order from Maximus, now I won't.

They are importing cheap stuff from china and relabeling them as Maximus. Better go with reputable store!

Ordered trunk liner for my 10th gen civic as SehgalMotors advertised on their website

But received desi version of it that too shorter in dimensions without clips.

I told on their number that the product sent is shorter and not what is advertised, clips missing. Reply was clips are to be purchased separately, the clips packet you see would have been sent by mistake, product can be replaced; courier charges to be payed by purchaser.

My brother took it by hand for replacement as per original image instead . First question they asked on the shop. Where are the clips, what was the cost for the product. Wasted quite some time and their behavior was clueless, so the product was returned.

That's a terrible experience. Buy things from Daraz. Can return without any worries if sth bad. Can read reviews.

These online sellers take advantage of buyers in rural areas/small cities who do not have access to big market.

They scam an unsuspecting buyer who is left with no choice in case he gets something he dis not pay for.

Hi. I just received another unit of air compressor from SeghalMotors.pk roughly half an hour ago.

I thought that people who criticized me here had a point and maybe SeghalMotors being a huge marketing company may have a small room for mistakes, that could rather be compensated via next shipment, but boy was I wrong?!

Today, they surpassed their previous mistakes altogether. The initial shipment contained a faulty pressure gauge if I recall correctly, but this time around everything is aggravated to the ground.

This time, the cigarette lighter knob was included in the unit, don't know why, but the end of it was broken to pieces, furthermore, the air compressor has its pillars misaligned, which makes it unstable on the flat surface.

Now, you might be thinking that the delivery service messed up again? Well, just like last time, the product was packaged very nicely, it was packaged in a cramped box, worse than before, but it was bubble wrapped and packaged in Seghal’s own shopping bag which was painstakingly taped together by Seghal.

I don't know if it's done inadvertently or intentionally. I am never buying from SeghalMotors again. My money has gone down the drain.

I would like to end this thread by saying that DO NOT buy from SeghalMotors.pk, I ordered the product TWICE and I continued to receive a broken product.

This is the worth of a product costing 4,000 + 810 (which I wasted in return shipment).

Not to mention the warranty and user’s manual weren't there, now as ridiculous as that sounds that I still demanded the mentioned things, they didn't even bother to get ONE job done properly.

@mgalaxy3, if I ask for a refund, I'll have to do another return shipment, which means another Rs.810.

It’s better not to waste all your money don’t demand for a replacement this time. Ask for refund if you need help i can go to their store on your behalf once the product is shipped to them!
