Yes It is drilled termed as injector for CNG
And definitely secondary throttle might be disabled but it's pipe is still intact... You remind me good thing.... I'll disconnect it in morning

My Khyber is doing around 11 kmpl on petrol in city without A/C and this includes around 6,7 minutes idling early morning in this winter. I calculate the average by old school method.
On CNG, Khyber performs really well. Around 200 kms in one cylinder (50L).
If tuned properly, the difference in CNG and petrol pick isn't much. On CNG, the performance is like 90% of petrol performance.
I tried venturi setup, blocked the carb hole and installed a hole in air cleaner assembly. The venturi was like the company fitted venturi of Cultus. But the car was not idling smooth. Had to re-do the settings after every refill. The pick was also bad but the top speed increased. In summer the car went almost dead with A/C, hence reverted back to injector setup. Had to buy new air cleaner assembly.

11 kmpl is fair enough. but i have heared ppl getting 12-14 kmpl in city. and 18-20 on long routes. is it possible.
Btw what is good method to check fuel average.

Can you confirm these vacuum pods connection by looking into you car. Bcz you have a nice genuine car, hopefully connection are not malfunction by some genius mechanic...

Note: This picture is for ref. only, did not belongs to my car. And it is positioned up side down.

3 - Hot Idle Bypass
4 - ???
5 - Choke Breaker

Are these connections correct? Most importantly what goes in no. 4?

This thing was done by some genius during tune up but i got them working again with help of a educated mechanic.

Number 1 is for Dashpot.
Number 2 is for distributor timing advance.
Number 3 is blocked by factory.
Number 4 is for hot idle compensator.
Number 5 is for choke breaker.

The engine bay is really dirty
This picture doesn't belong to my car but this is how the pipes are connected.

At number 1 it's Dashpot.
Number 2 is for AC idle up.
Number 3 is choke breaker.
Number 4 is secondary throttle.
Number 5 is electrical load idle up.
Number 6 is hot idle compensator.

Refuel your car to full, drive around 250-300 Kms.
Refuel again to full. Note down the exact kms driven and amount of fuel poured in.
Calculate average by diving the distance covered in Kms by fuel consumed in liters.

BTW CNG is now available.

how much it cost to full cng cylinder now a days. and how much it runs.
last time i used cng was in longroute and it gave me around 200km with AC. in local i think full cylinder gives something around 120 km without ac.

The 50L cylinder gets filled in Rs.650/- to Rs.750/- depending on pressure and my car does 180-200 in local without A/C.
For long I mostly use my Corolla.

Did you bought it new or used one. I am also looking for it, because my carburetor is taking air from some where else. I check it by blocking air intake from air filter assembly but engine won't stall.

Bought it new. First bought from Waseem autos for Rs.1500/- but my mechanic returned it as it was not air tight.
Then bought from Koh-e-noor Traders for Rs.1650. It is good but at 2,3 places (sheet joints), I had to use magic to make it air tight.
My car's engine stall if I block air intake's entry (near left headlight)

My Fuel average has increased by last change of jets. i think i m getting around 11 kmpl in local. car has run almost 273 km. Fuel filled was 25 Litre. and there is still a little fuel in it.
