My Fuel average has increased by last change of jets. i think i m getting around 11 kmpl in local. car has run almost 273 km. Fuel filled was 25 Litre. and there is still a little fuel in it.

Good news, so which jet size you are using now. Also mention previous jet size.

previously it was 90 but ruined by mechanic
replaced now with 85 japani jet not chinese.
I havent got to long route since then. so dont know will it create any issue for high speeds. but i didnt felt any diffrnce in pick upto 100. and i thnk its ok

No dear, jets are made to spray a calculated amount of fuel then this sprayed amount gets mixed with air which then called as air fuel mixture. If jet size is not correct or its inner diameter gets large it will spray more or incorrect amount of fuel. So long story short your fuel efficiency survive.

For speed, you have secondary throtle in carbureter which control by vacuum. Its job is to spray more fuel when needed.

Last night I went to a trip but fall into a problem, after travelling 8 - 10 kms, car seems to gone out of fuel but I am sure there is 10 liter or more in tank and fuel gauge is near 40%. Car hesitates and engine stall, but after 2 or 3 min it starts again and then after half km again same happens. This happens 2 - 3 times. So i stop the car and start inspection.

Ignition and current seems good.
Check oil, no problem. Oil is coming into the head with good pressure.
Check water, its full. Temperature gauge is also at normal position so no heat up issue.

But when I accelerate water comes out from radiator as more as I accelerate like vomiting. I have newly built engine and there is less possibility of blown Gaskit. No symptoms of water and oil mixing not in radiator as well as on oil cap.

After all this, I converted my car to CNG and then come to home. On CNG car running smoothly.

Do you guys have any idea about this problem?

I was facing the same issue and it was due to clogging in fuel pipes coming from tank to fuel filter and fuel filter to carburetor. So in your case please check these following two things.
1. There might be some dirt/carbon in fuel pump or the connecting pipes from Fuel pump to Fuel filter and to carburetor
2. Might be the fuel filter is chocked.

Only one with needle coming out is for idle, other two is for vacuum.

start ur engine on petrol
and shut it down
take a small bottle
remove carb petrol input
put this pipe line in bottle
now ask second person to start the engine
if ur lines or filter chocked petrol will not come in bottle

once i got into prob of clogged jet. it was late night. car didnt take acceleration after a fine start nd good idling. as soon as i tried to start...it starts stalling.. my mechanic suggested me to pull chowk nd go on. it worked and i reached home easily. next day cleaned carb nd issue resolved.
ur fuel pump also could be a major culprit. have a check on this too.

why this happen?

Because of no thermostat valve i guess.

Is your car overheating?
Check engine oil if it decrease.
