Front brake caliper pins are intermittently jammed. Sometimes it gets jammed, and sometimes it does not.
Front discs run hot, but if they are hotter than usual without any harsh braking, there is jammed caliper pins.
Silicone or di electric grease (one of them) is recommended to be used on caliper pins and then they don't jam for long time (6-12 months atleast), but I could not find them locally, so i used SINOPEC grease on them which works good for 6 months, and then I re-lubricate the pins every 6 months (even if there is no issue) and I check tires for getting hot (i touch the rims only) once a week.
"A word of precaution is to never touch brake discs, only touch the rim"
This extreme heat is main cause of
1) warped/deformed brake rotors.
2) hub warpage.
3) overheated/glazed brakes leathers.
3) melting of wheel bearing grease that causes bearing to run dry and they wear out pre maturely.
4) inefficient braking and a few others.
During brake work, also get proper bleeding done for all 4 sides brakes.
