it is swapped with a m18a 125hp 170nm torque along with 4-1 headers,piping,intake & plugs
the car is lowered as well for stability
the ecu & clutch will be upgraded soon

1.3 to 1.8 ? carefully speaking .. in such physicals it is kinda muscle car of its class

Nicely done. People around the world doing it for long time now. The m18a uses the same mounts as the stock engine in swift. Great work! This ride would become a cheeta now. Also update us with the mileage of this 1.8 beauty.

It is a one to one swap. same mounts and wiring. Only cam angle sensor position is opposite but it is not a biggie. Putting in M18 ecu is not easy because of built in immobilizer, that has to be worked with and this is what is left in this swap for now. It is running on M13 stock ecu.

thank u,we arnt sure of the milage at the moment as the engine needs its original ecu n it needs to be tuned,as soon as thats done vll be able to get some figure,for now the only thing we know is v topped up fuel before leaving isloo n till behra the car has consumed half tank because of going over 150kph

Now some other details
The manifold being used it of the m13 because the m18 manifold was touching the body
the ecu is curtrently of m13 as well which will soon be replaced with the m18 ecu
the clutch cylinder being used it on m13 a well which is in process of repalcement with m18
only the throttle body position sensor wire was extended,rest all the wiring were clip to clip perfect without any cutting or any other hastle
