Solo Trip Karachi to Swat help required

Im 55 diagnosed with cancer. Wish to spend a couple of Calm and quiet days in Swat for 2-3 weeks in August. Can someone guide me for Swat trip. I need bus/train fare; hotel room rent (budget); pre booking required. Can not walk for long distances . Just need a nice place to sit and enjoy nature. Total expenses estimation required for limited budget. Regards

you can go to kalam. Estimated room rent around 7k, prefer to go after teh 14th august and this might decrease. the best place to stay is walnut heights. As for fare..
Daewoo KArachi to Pindi, 5000 for a sitting seat and 6500 for a sleeper
Pindi to swat: 650
Swat to kalam: in say a corolla, around 4000 but if you go on local transport, probably around 250 ish.
Kalam is a beautiful green place where you can enjoy nature and peace and quiet.
Main cities of swat would be a bit hot during the day, but if thats alright, you can stay in a riverside hotel, that would save you something 10-12k round trip. Whats your budget

Thank for your help...Rs.7000 room rent; Is it for one night ? I dont need full room; need a sharing room with others. My major concern is cleanliness of toilets. Are toilets clean in budget hotels or like public toilets never cleaned

My budget is around 25K for complete trip. What about local transport in Swat. Are buses or taxis available for reasonable fare? Instead of hotel are there any private guest houses available for cheaper rent? I need only clean wash room & clean bed without any wifi Dishtv or other accessories.
