i am buying my very first car. and the thing is owner is saying i dont need any stamp paper thing as i will get a showroom receipt. plus he just gave me his car registration number so i can just check the 15 and online verification by myself? please guide do i need any purchasing stamp paper if i get showroom receipt? plus what about the 15? can i perform that without physical car. car is in lahore and i am in rawalpindi plus the owner is also in RWP for some work. please guide what are the cautions and all to purchase a car. what do i need legally to check before buying the car please? its a 2006 model.
