Best tested pump is obviously which is running trouble free at your premises since last 7 years. So if its now faulty (due to human error) then it mean pump brand is good which is running smoothly since long. So simply go for it or go to FAISAL pumps or Super Asia from City Saddar or from any other good location probably G-8 Peshawar Road Market. Now days DC moors also introduced which are electricity efficient. So you can go for it if you have plan for replacement.

Repair not recommended, as I believe running motor for full night can not do any sort of mechanical damage but its in-fact winding coils heat-up problem and magnetic coupling fault in result. So repair will cost you too along with no guarantee, Ignore this option.

Automatic system can be deployed anywhere, being in ISB is not mandatory:
-You need to deploy 2 Float Switches
-1 for Underground Water Tank and 1 for Overhead
-There are always 2 options in any sort of Water Float Switch, Low Level Trip, High Level Trip
- For Overhead, you have to use high level trip
-For Underground, you have to use low level trip while making circuit
-Send 1 Wire from main supply (Live) to Overhead Float Switch and 1 (Neutral) to Underground Float Switch
-Output of both float switches will be pump inputs

Dear,
Have no experience of it. If I would be at your place, will be interested to know about following before making any decision;

-Product Life
-Pasting Methods and removal methods
- Surface slippery or non -slipper after some time of deployment
- Rate seems too high, in this rate you even can deploy wooden vinyl floor
- Cleaning options
- Lower floor will safe when we detach product in future???..
- Not recommended at all if slippery and surface becomes more slippery once dust accumulates on it

For overhead tank, i think two float switches are needed correct?
One will activate when water is low level so motor needs to be turned on. Second float switch will activate when tank is full so motor is stopped.

As @tajammal84 recommended, removing the floor and fixing tiles after a bit of kacha is a long lasting solution.

We have had a very bad experience due to the peanut size brain of tile fixer, and that too he didnt bothered to use.
He mixed plaster of paris with tile bond and at some places mixed cement with tile bond and these things actually weakened its adhesive properties. So much so that a few tiles on upper balcony at face of house fell to the ground. By the grace of Allah, no one was around or else he would have a wedged head.

For tiles, check Master and Stile showroom listing on their website for quality product. you will enjoy peace of mind that you are buying from their outlet or authorized dealer. Master has authorized dealers listed on their website else call them at their factory, thy will provide you details.

S tiles sale their products through their own outlets, you can visit them as well.

Rest of the tiles are all chinese, no matter how good or supreme the shopkeeper tries to make you believe.

- Product life is estimated from 5-10 years if well taken care of.
- Pasting is with a glue. They didnt mention any name or type. Their team will be coming over for measurements, ill ask once they arrive.
- Surface will ne non slippery. Ive seen a 4 year old sheet, looks and feel great.
- Yes, thats the nost concerning thing, the rate is too high. I would be looking for more other vendors but havent seen such sheets common in shops. Since its "Mohkam" they surely must be overcharging.
- Lower floor they say will be safe. They even said you can take if off and apply to any other room.
- One more thing they mentioned is that the lower surface needs to be plain and in level, if not the sheet will look un even. Also if theres water coming from the floor, they advice not to install as it would creat bubbles and eventually ruin the sheet.
- Cleaning is done by like normal floors with wet cloth.
Other than that, they said if they think the floor is uneven, they'll charge 17/sqft for floor leveling. I have chips in bedrooms, i have no idea how they would level it. Lol. Ill update once i get more info. Thanks once again for the prompt reply!

Anyways, Its Vinyl flooring which will installed with Glue/ Elephant Adhesive.

I went through the installation process and was not satisfied at all.

They will use 6/8mm thickness sheet where the surface is uneven.

The lift doesn't long lasting hardly 4/5 year if carefully used.

Dont go for Mohkam, there is Marflex main selling point situated on ferozpur road if you are going from Canal after cross LOS left side.

They are manufacturing these floor in their factory near Thokar.

They are dealing massively around Lahore and they might change the floor when you ask them to.

They will uninstall floor and install new one and the old floor they will take with them and will charge you quite competitive price.

Let me know if it helps but personally i prefer wooden flooring which is much comfortable when you walk and shing is much anticipated.

I just got them size measured. The room with dressing equal around 460sqft which includes 5% wastage and about 50sqft for skirting. Mohkam have quoted me 100k+ for everything which includes floor leveling. They say they have to apply primer (ici - same material used on walls) on the complete floor before applying the sheet with glue (cementex - dont know whether ive spelled it correctly). The sheet is about 1.5-2mm thick.

You are correct! Wooden flooring is best but you have to rake good care of it and its costly too. Also if there are kids in the house, that wont be the ideal option. I honestly wanted to try this sheet option as a substitute to carpet.

He is also importing flooring once i knew and the quality was beyond acceptense, You may ask him on phone as well.

I have not seen anywhere anyone applied Primer becuase flooring may be they are right but i am afraid once you apply Primer you have to keep the floor at any cost becuase the floor will not remain plain it will be painted.

No you only need 1. Level setting will be done with high trip option as shown by red n green line. Near to red, start signal will generated, near to green trip signal will be generated
