Thanks alot bro! Thanks for sharing valid info here! Was very helpful for sure. I went to marflex as you mentioned.. I personally didnt like their finish. They didnt have the slight grooves on top which makes it somewhat appealing and secondly their sizes were as per real wooden planks. I was looking for a roll, they only had one option in it which was totally different to what i saw at mohkam. Ive found a few more places where such sheets are available, ill share the details once i visit them. Also called the other guy who imports artificial grass. 2 price options available. 200 and 160/sqft if i remember correctly. Hes not into vinyl sheets.

Or 1st do insulation then do chips. It depends wht budget you have.

Already discussed in the thread. Token not an issue, adjust it in labour of paint contractor. Gd brands are Berger, Diamond, ICI ........ may be others too but didn't experienced
