Please find below answer against your queries;
1- how to keep the room as cool in summer and hot in winter as possible without electric appliances excessive usage. What should i put in ceiling or floors or walls to keep room hot n cool in respective weathers. Including door part as well to prevent cooling leakage.
Ceiling is best option w.r.t ground floor roof. On 1st floor, go for ceiling and heat insulation cladding before final surface finishing at last roof. Other than that you can insert insulation sheets in walls but that will be probably costly solution in terms of sheets and building labor too.
2- is it about the quality or heaviness of door wood or door handles that make doors close easily instead of bumping and coming back from being locked or making noise.
Door weight does matter, but ultimately door balance is everything. If door chogath, hinges and door it self is balance, this problem will not happen.
3- is it possible to make room a bit sound proof from outside sound as its on the main street and bicycle sound can be heard from my other rooms closed windows let alone rickshaw and heavy things.
You can go for double glazed windows glass option. This will significantly reduce noise from outside.
4- i dont want the paint to crack. After multiple coatings. How much should i wait for it. 15 days enough?? From plaster to paint. And which paint i should opt for ? I mean company.
Nothing will happen if you adopt SOP for work and go with good brand of wall patti and paints.
5- electricty things are covered by my friend Abid (electronics guys)

6- which toilet company makes good products such as basin, squatting toilet as well as other one. And shower with pressure, and taps not easily breakable or loosing shine or color.
Plus using instant geaser in winter. Which company seems good.
