sir actually there are two types of flush mountings i have in mind...one that wont restrict air. and the other will have two small cooling fans in the facade.

right now at work. have pics in my home PC. will send those to you in the evening to give idea about polyglass and the flush mounthing thing.

i think the flush which does not restrict air will be fine for ur needs and look nice too
