i dont know, when they opened the head, they asked the "khairadiye wala" person to check, he checked n said only head needs to be faced, and part thats under it, he said something about that n said it doesnt needs to be done n told the mechanic to use just something to take care of it
i didnt opened the rad cap but just this plastic bottle n u have seen the behaviour of water, i think there was one bubble in start but nothing else though
the real problem is i cant find any good mechanic, the ones who are working on lc, bmw etc is nazir autos, but they say unless its over heating there's no issue n its working perfectly fine, this is what head of mechanics said, the ac guy wasnt present then but once when he was, he told me to start with rad cap n then move along, at that time just rad cap replacement solved the issue n that cap was also local one 0.9 bar
then comes this another mechanic yasir, about whom there's a whole thread on pw declaring him the best mechanic in islamabad, got the head work done from same guy
after that, whenever i went to him, there was no pressure when he opened rad cap so he said everything is fine, once even tried test drive, but needle didnt showed any movement then, n when i dropped him it started moving :mad:
then i showed the car to honda's trained guy who works after hours, he checked n told t vavle isnt working n took it out, cleaned the temperature sensor n said now its all good, but after few days again heat up, called him to ask for time to show it to him n he directly concluded that u need to change gasket :S
my own mechanic where i have been going from long time work fine but they solve one issue n create another mostly
now i dont know whom else to show it to anymore
