Let me tell you my experience about Subaru...well I have kept 2 Subaru, 1 with original everything and now I have one which is fitted with Cultus engine.
Talking about the original thing, well I spent about Rs. 18-20k overhauling it, I am talking something like 6 yrs back. But it proved a very successful. It was kind of, a 86 car reborn.
About my current Sabaru. Spectra bhai I was also worried when I was buying this thing few months back...but to my surprise, it is a very good combination. I think the person who worked on this machine really worked hard on it or was someone who loves to work to perfections. By the way no big noise or not much vibrations. Oh by the way this thing has a great pickup….looking discussion forums I saw, Cultus drag racing a 2OD, well few days back I tried the same….and it was a very good result….though I was worried that during those few seconds everything will come off this 20 yrs old car…promised myself never to do it again…not fair with this old thing.
Oh Vaqas, you missed a original radiator....I could have given you cheaper than Rs. 7500/- mugar single nali wala hai...(original thing).
(Sorry Vaqas bhai... for this long mesg. but when someone talk about Sabaru's I can stop myself, telling them how nice is this car)
