Suggestion to Buy a used Car in 7 Lac

Salam Bro, We are in the same position as you are, and my preference is to buy the newest sedan possible, so far only Liana seemed nice although we have seen a few 2001-02 Civics, but within 7 their condition is not so good. My only advice is dont look for good cars in cheap price becuase that car later will give you so many problems that you will regret it, buy a car with mint condition! Regards.

bro buy a toyota corolla indus..97-99...the car is old but if u find in a good condition u will stay happy as the car has a very better re sale aswell if u plan to sell it afterwards..i have kept many cars..don't buy a out of market car and a car whose spare parts a not available or expensive..dont buy baleno or nissan...city is a better choice also...i wuld suggest you city or indus corolla...u wont be able to buy xli even a rough one in this price..rawalpindi market is different and karachi market is different..

i dont think so..maybe u can aswell but the car will be showered and lahore registered..i had a city 04 vario lahore registered..petrol only..the car was painted and i sold it for 7.25k about two months ago..if u want a very good conditioned plus a pindi or isb no den it wuld cost u 8 or above...

Brother dont even think of flop cars like Nissan Suuny, KIA Spectra/ Classic, Chevrolet Optra, Lancer, LIANA, Baleno etc they are all available for 6-7 lacs because they are obsolete.

you can get a 2002-03 XLi for 7 lac but you have to spend 20-30K on it.

2nd choice is obviously Corolla E100 (Indus Corolla) 97-98 GL 1.3L but you have to look for a good car since majority are engine swapped or auction number.

3rd choice you can get fish shape 2006 City vario or Manual, M/T is good since Vario dont run on CNG.

You can also get 2002-03 old shape City EXiS Auto or M/T for 550-600K.

2001-02 Prosmatec are also available for 6-7 lacs but they are gas guzzler high maintenance items abused by boy racers or office uncles so its best to avoid them.

I sold my 2007 XLi isb number 85K km with one piece touchup and resprayed bumpers for 11.2 Lakhs and 2009-2010 model is available here for about 14-14.5 lakhs for a clean one for ordinary condition with avg engine you can even get in 13-13.5. Civic eagle eye and Corolla Xli 2003-2007 has very high market here in ISB/RWP and punjab region.

100 percent correct..i know k karachi num gari lay k kya haal hota hai, even wah , attock main showrooms walay b apnay pass nai khari kartay kchi num , unless un k kisi close relative/ friend ki na ho....market main jao, lagta hai banday nay chorri ki gari kharid li hai, log aisi price lagatay hain...

There is no harm in keeping karachi num except three things..

You will hardly find a clean car, mostly are dented painted even relatively new models are repainted/ sprayed.

Rust factor is there , even i have seen civic n city 2005 with a hell of rust.

Resale in down like anything....you can sell your car in short span of tym but with a huge loss...

brother read again, mainy kaha hai khi num price rwp isb or punjab main ziyada hai khi k mukably main, mtlb khi main jo gari 5 lakh ki bikti hai wohi gari wohi num isb main 6 ki bik jati hai, read again,,,,,,,,,,,,,, n even cplc sound but clear half price main mil jati hain, or yahan 95% logun ko pta hi nai hai is bat ka, trust me brother khi num ki price khi main or isb main boht fark hai....

There is one XE i saw today its 99 model, rawalpindi number demand is 7.5, condition is 7/10 (exteriors touch ups) engine run is 135000KM.
What is its fair price?
