Today I saw XE SE Limited, 94 Model Japan made, Rawalpindi number(old number), White Color, interior is genuine and many touchups from outside like fender and diggie, how much it should cost?

There is one XE i saw today its 99 model, rawalpindi number demand is 7.5, condition is 7/10 (exteriors touch ups) engine run is 135000KM.
What is its fair price?

7 LAC WOULD BE A FAIR PRICE...but the car must be geniune from inside plus not accidented..and if condition of tyres are in good condition...
