Suggestions Required: Samsung Tablet PC

Salam wheelers.

I want to buy an android Tablet, Samsung, within 30-35k Rs Range.

What it should have:

-Max processor speed available in the budget.
-Upto 2GB RAM
-3G NOT required
-Screen sizes 5.5" and above
-16GB Memory is more than enough.

Can you guys please suggest me models falling with in these specs? I'll be grateful.

Just checked the market few days ago and tab 3 was available for 21000 8gb wifi version
Or if u r OK with other brands then go for Nexus 10 made by Samsung for google for 36k. That's a beast!!
